You initial inquiry will be answered in the order in which it was received. Please do not send multiple messages to our customer support team. If you have already sent a message to our support email, do NOT fill out this contact sheet because we have already received your inquiry.


MANG's objective is to please every customer and provide top of the line service. We gladly accept exchanges, returns or issue store credit for items that are in original condition (unwashed, unworn, defective, free from dirt and odor).

Exchanges and returns for store credit are accepted within 60 days from delivery date and refunds for items will be issued if an item is returned within 30 days from delivery date.

Please note, that all returns incur a $7.50 return label fee, this fee is waived if an item is exchanged or returned for store credit.

If you are unable to locate your order number, or if your item was a gift, please reach out to our customer support team using the form below. Please be sure to include the email address that your original order was placed under. If your item was a gift, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team with the name of the gift giver and they will be able to look up the order number for you.
