BEHIND THE COLLECTION:
In 2019, Hurricane Dorian destroyed 69 square miles of mangrove forests on Grand Bahama Island and The Abacos, affecting the island, surrounding flats fisheries, and the people who rely on them. In collaboration with Bonefish & Tarpon Trust (BTT), MANG is working with Bahamian partners to restore and preserve those habitats for future generations. Our Bahamian Restoration Badge honors our commitment to the Bahamas, incorporating both the colors of the Bahamian flag and the national motto “Forward Upward Onward Together” from the official coat of arms.
